BRI-NT has Gen2+ and Gen3 image intensifier tubes and are available in green or white phosphor and thin or un-filmed. Each tube is rated by FOM or figure of merit. This number is calculated by multiplying the signal to noise ratio by the resolution of an image intensifier. The FOM number allows a quick estimate of the general performance level of that tube.Each order comes with a specification sheet describing the characteristics of the tubes and whether it meets the advertised specifications.The NVDs installed with the tubes can enable users to observe the field and targets at night, and users can also integrate image tubes according to their needs, and develop and produce new night vision products.
